About Us

Aceves & Perez, P.C. was previously known as Luis A. Aceves & Associates, P.C. Attorney Luis A. Aceves opened his private practice in 1993, specializing in workers’ compensation and personal injury. Noted for their passion in the working class community, Luis A. Aceves & Associates, P.C. received a majority of its clientele from prior clients that commended our firm’s legal expertise. In 2016, the firm changed its name to Aceves & Perez, P.C., welcoming Attorney Emiliano Perez, Jr. as a name partner. Our entire staff is fluent in Spanish and will ensure that a language barrier will not hinder our clients from being protected by the law or communicating with their advocate.

Luis A. Aceves

Luis A. Aceves received his Bachelor’s in Political Science and Spanish and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University at Chicago. In 1993, Attorney Aceves started a private practice, Luis A. Aceves & Associates, P.C. a few years after graduating law school. Attorney Aceves chose to specialize in workers’ compensation and personal injury in order to defend the working class community and ensure that a person’s language barrier does not result in an employer taking advantage of their rights.

Emiliano Perez, Jr.

Emiliano Perez, Jr. received his Bachelor’s from Loyola University at Chicago in 2004, double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2010. Attorney Perez worked for Luis A. Aceves & Associates, P.C. long before he started law school. Attorney Perez has an innate passion for the working community and saw the opportunity to protect workers and individuals through law. In law school, Attorney Perez received a CALI award in Workers’ Compensation. Attorney Perez has tried many cases at all levels of the workers’ compensation system to ensure maximum protection and results for his clients. In 2016, Attorney Perez became a name partner, changing the firm’s name to Aceves & Perez, P.C.
